I absolutely adore my dogs, but I know that just loving them is not enough
to maintain a mutually satisfying and happy relationship between pet and human.
Dogs do not automatically understand which behaviors are acceptable and
which are not. Puppies need to be taught not to bite fingers, to eliminate
outside and not on the carpet, and other important manners. As the person
responsible for my canine friends lives I need to be as informed as possible
about their needs and alert to any changes or health concerns so that I can
act on their behalf. Thankfully, with access to training and behavioral
experts, veterinarians and other knowledgeable folks, we can all provide
better care to our best friends.
All the sites on this page are favorites of mine, bookmarked and visited
frequently - and it is my hope that they will be of assistance to you.
